3. Agreement to Terms 

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any services, and by ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you:

• are legally able to enter into this agreement
• are at least 18 years old, or have appropriate legal consent
• have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full

This forms a legally binding agreement between you and us.

4. Relationship Health Matters CIC and Associated Entities

Our work may involve collaboration between I Matter Training Ltd and Relationship Health Matters CIC, as well as related initiatives.

These collaborations may include:

• training development
• community programmes
• research or practice innovation
• educational resources

Unless explicitly stated, contractual responsibility remains with I Matter Training Ltd.

I Matter Training Ltd and RHMatters CIC work collaboratively to promote understanding of relationship health, support awareness-raising activities and develop joint initiatives. Each organisation remains independently responsible for its own operations, governance and data protection responsibilities. Where information sharing is required for specific projects, this is governed by appropriate agreements and safeguards.

5. The Nature of I Matter Training and Coaching

Our services are educational, developmental, and reflective in nature, based on the I Matter Framework and Relationship Health approach.  We use a range of platforms to delivery our services    

Services may include:

• structured learning programmes
• facilitated group learning
• coaching-style reflective conversations
• practitioner development activities

These services do not constitute:

• medical treatment
• psychological therapy
• counselling or psychotherapy
• crisis or safeguarding services

No clinical or therapeutic relationship is created.

6. Disclaimer: Suitability, Course Content and Practice Guidelines

Content is designed for use across multiple contexts including home, education, health, and professional settings.

However:

• suitability depends on context
• personal and professional judgement is required
• users are responsible for appropriate application
• if in any doubt about the suitability, seek external advice

Where used professionally, users must ensure compliance with:

• safeguarding requirements
• organisational policies
• professional standards
• regulatory frameworks

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or suitability.   
The material can touch on issues that some people experience experience as sensitive.
Participation is at your own discretion and at your own risk.   No one should be required to take part.

7. User Licence Agreements and Role-Based Access

Access is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.

Licence types may include:

• individual learner access
• practitioner/professional access
• organisational access
• facilitator/trainer licensed access (where explicitly granted)

Unless otherwise stated:

• access is for one named user only
• sharing is not permitted
• materials may not be copied, repurposed, or redistributed
• organisational use requires explicit agreement

We may suspend access for misuse or breach.

8. Organisational Licence Terms

Organisational access is limited to agreed users within the purchasing organisation.

Permitted use includes internal training, supervision, and reflective practice.

Not permitted:

• external redistribution
• resale or commercial repackaging
• sharing outside the organisation
• transfer to other organisations without written consent

The organisation is responsible for compliance by its users.

9. Membership and Community Terms (where applicable)

Where membership is provided:

• access is personal and non-transferable
• applies only during active subscription/enrolment
• community spaces are educational only
• not crisis or clinical services

We may modify or withdraw features where necessary.

10. Payments, Billing and Refunds

Payments are due at purchase or under agreed instalment plans.

If instalments apply:

• all payments must be completed
• missed payments may suspend access
• outstanding balances may be recovered legally

11. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you have made a purchase as an individual you have the right to cancel within 14 days under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations providing you have not accessed the materials.

If you request immediate access and consent to it beginning immediately, you acknowledge your cancellation rights may be lost once access starts.

If cancelled before access begins → full refund
If access has begun → refund may be reduced proportionately

If you have purchased as a business, no such cancellation options apply.

12. Digital Access and Loss of Cancellation Rights

Where immediate access is granted, you acknowledge that:

• content may be delivered instantly
• cancellation rights may be affected as described in Section 11

13. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All materials remain the intellectual property of I Matter Training Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• copy or reproduce materials
• share access
• redistribute or resell content
• create derivative commercial products

14. Privacy Policy, Cookies, Confidentiality and GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This includes:

• account data
• learning platform usage
• communication records

15. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside the UK via third-party systems (e.g. learning platforms, email providers, payment processors).

Appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with UK GDPR.

16. Acceptable Use and Online Conduct

You agree not to:

• misuse platforms or community spaces
• behave abusively or disruptively
• copy or extract content
• interfere with other users’ experience

We may restrict access where necessary.

17. Coaching, Training and Educational Disclaimer

All services are educational in nature.

They do not constitute:

• medical treatment
• psychological therapy
• counselling

No outcomes are guaranteed.   

If you are concerned about the wellbeing of yourself or another person, you must seek advice from local  special providers. 
We do not provide crisis support

18. Service Availability and Changes

We may:

• update or improve content
• change platforms
• suspend access for maintenance

No guarantee of uninterrupted access.

19. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will:

• acknowledge receipt
• review fairly
• seek resolution where possible

20. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

21. Termination and Suspension of Access

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are breached
• payments fail
• misuse occurs

You may stop using services at any time.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

England and Wales law applies.

Disputes fall under English and Welsh courts.
