In I Matter practice, personal relationships refers to your personal wellbeing and any roles that are not just about parenting and caring.  This could be adult-adult relationships, eg with partner, wider family, friends, neighbours, peers and Self-Self,  Core training can support adults and young people in personal wellbeing and confidence
