Self-directed online learning that builds understanding, awareness, and practical skills.

Learn how to support your own emotional and relationship health, build stronger connections, and foster positive, healthy relationships in your life.

Become Relationship Health and I Matter® informed.

Who This Is For

In I Matter practice, personal relationships include your everyday relationships beyond formal parenting or professional roles.

This can include:

  • Adult-adult relationships (partner, family members, friends, colleagues, neighbours, peers)
  • Your relationship with yourself (self-awareness, emotional regulation, personal wellbeing)
  • General life situations where relationship dynamics are present

Core learning can support both adults and young people in building confidence, awareness, and healthier patterns in relationships.

You are the common denominator in all your relationships. As you grow and develop, your relationships can deepen and improve alongside you.

Why Prioritise I Matter® Learning?

This learning helps you develop insight and practical tools that you can apply in real-life situations.

It supports you to turn challenging moments into opportunities for growth, understanding, and positive change in your relationships.

Rather than feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to respond, you can begin to recognise patterns, make informed choices, and take constructive steps forward.

Placing relationship health at the centre of your personal life can help you:

What People Say

“It has definitely helped in my relationships with my husband, daughter, sister, and mother. I’ve learned about the ‘green route not the red route’, how to create space, when to pause, and how to recognise when someone is emotionally overwhelmed.”

Parent and Family Member

“I didn’t realise I had a choice about how I respond when I feel angry. Now I understand more about my own reactions, and I realise I can choose differently. I want to keep growing so I can be someone my children can look up to.”
