What do People Say?

“It has definitely helped in relationships with my husband, daughter, sister and mother – green route not red route, how to create the gap, to know when to stop and have a break and to know my husband can become emotionally flooded”   Family Member and  Parent

I started off thinking about my child but then I realised the key relationship that needed attention was with my partner.   We had drifted apart and had stopped talking and we no longer knew how to be together or work together.  Getting conversations started wasn't easy, but it has been so worthwhile.  Everyone is benefitting    Parent and Partner.
