I Matter Certificates and Certifications 

Requirements and Benefits of Becoming Relationship Health and I Matter Informed 

Certificates (open to all): 

Our certificates evidence that you have made time to 
+ learn about the issues of relationship health and an I Matter approach
+ taken time to reflect alone and with others

It is possible to take part in Phase 1-2 without gaining a certificate.
The award of certificates is not automatic.
The first type of certificate is based on completing the reflections attached to the course modules.  There is a small extra fee.
The second type of certificate is awarded based on reflections centred on taking part in 1:1 or group study support with a certified practitioner.

1.  I Matter Aware (completed the I Matter Get Started)
+ You will understand some of the essential starting points of a relationship health and an I Matter approach
+ You will be starting to use the Five Steps process and the Nuggets and GEMS process

2.  I Matter Informed (completed the I Matter Fast Fundamentals)
+ You will be able to understand child and adult challenges through the lens of relationship health and the 24 core ideas of the I Matter Framework
+ You will be part of a community of practice taking forward this thinking.

3. I Matter Resourced (completed the I Matter Deep Dive)
+ You will have been exploring the theory to practice of a relationship health and an I Matter approach in your own specific roles
+ You will understand how to think about developmentally about current needs and about the building of skills in yourself and others.

CERTIFICATIONS (for professionals)

Our certification process evidences that you have the ability to use the process

Think - Formulate - Communicate - Educate

Certifications require
1.  Participation in study support for phase 1-2
2. A link to a locality hub
3. Acceptance into a Trainee role (by application)
4. Completion of and submission of a portfolio of evidence

2. I Matter Trainee and Certified Link Professional (completed the I Matter Fundamentals and Link Training)
(Usually restricted to licensed professionals or highly experienced professionals in recognised roles within their own organisations)
+ You will be able to informally discuss relationship health and I Matter ideas with parents & clients as part of helping them think about challenges
+ You will be able to offer adults that you work with a personal invitation to take part in Get Started and I Matter Fundamentals online courses
+ Adults who have an invitation from you as a Link professional will be able to self fund or be funded (if your organisation purchases licenses) 
+ As part of the invitation you will make some recommendations about the level of study support they are likely to need to benefit from the training.

3a. I Matter Trainee and Certified Lead Professional (completed the I Matter Deep Dive and Lead Training)
(Usually restricted to licensed professionals or highly experienced professionals in recognised roles within their own organisations)
+ You will be able to offer your own clients 1:1 or responsive workshops using the I Matter Resources (through face to face sessions)
+ You will be able to offer your own clients an invitation to take part in Get Started and I Matter Fundamentals online training 
+ You will be able to run Get Started workshops, and Community Wheel workshops and study support for online learning

3b: I Matter Trainee and Certified User of Relationship Health Progress Tracker 
(Restricted to licensed education, health or community professionals with post graduate training and a current listing on a professional directory)
+ You will be able to provide access to online I Matter Training services to your clients
+ Your clients will be able to self fund or be funded to access a Tracker consultation to inform the process of agreeing priorities

3:c I Matter Trainee and Certified Lead Plus: Option: Develop a locality Hub
(Restricted to licensed education, health or community professionals with post graduate training and a current listing on a professional directory)
+ You will be able to support professionals who are working through the I Matter online programme
+ You will be able to support the development of a strategy for your own organisation
