How many times have you been to a meeting and heard people saying it is difficult to know what is out there and who is doing what.

The Community Connector is an online searchable data base that is sponsored by a community wanting to take forward relationship health practice.  

The first Community Connector has been set up as a partnership with Kendal Primary Carer Network and Kendal Integrated Care Community.   Let us know if you are interested

Offering Relationship Health Strategy

Skills building for children and adults with additional needs involves a process of putting theory into practice in your own setting over a longer term process and tracking results.
