For an organisation to get started as a member there needs to be a minimum of two senior leads with a minimum of Five Steps Level 1 training.
After a lot of trial and error we have seen that leadership and organisational support is critically important to the process of taking forward a relationship health approach. It requires thinking about vision and strategy and operations.
So we offer a specific pathway for leaders in health and education organisations who want support not just to apply their learning to relationships with individual children and adults at work or at home, but who are also interested in taking forward the challenge of building a relationship health culture to include increasing access to supported learning for those in their community. Following membership, organisations can work through the steps of certified status: Getting Started, Progressing, Committed.
Every situation is however unique and throws up unique challenges so solid foundations for your leadership decision making can really make a powerful difference.
