The professional has had a taster experience of I Matter thinking and completed a period of supported online learning + May become a Friend of I Matter

I Matter Informed Practice Award Practice informed by I Matter Principles -Intensive stage
|
The professional has worked through the online Intensive course and has been introduced to the pillars of the I Matter Framework – this is an awareness level only. It can be taught live, supported by forum, by closed discussion group or occasionally by self help. The Award requires completion of the online course and reflective process + The professional can apply to join the Extended Stage 1 Journey + May join the Relationship Health Practice Network or become a Friend

I Matter Link Professional
|
The professional has completed the Intensive and is a member of the Relationship Health Practice Network + They have identified a group of professionals/parents needing support + They take a part in the Link Referrer network – identifying effective informal support + They play a role in providing informal support to other professionals or parents who are pursuing an I Matter Journey. + They are licensed as a named professional offering a recommendation + They are not licensed to offer formal support sessions

I Matter Senior Link Professional
|
The professional has completed the Intensive and is a member of the Relationship Health Practice Network and the Senior Network + They have identified an inhouse project or group of professionals/parents/young people needing targeted actions
+ They take a part in the Senior Link Referrer network – identifying effective informal support within organisations promoting relationship health principles + They play a role in providing informal support to other professionals or parents who are pursuing an I Matter Journey. + They are licensed as a named professional offering a recommendation + They are not licensed to offer formal support sessions

I Matter Heads and Directors
|
The professional has completed the Intensive and is a member of the Relationship Health Practice Network and the Heads Directors Network + They have identified an inhouse project or group of professionals/parents/young people needing targeted actions
+ They take a part in the Heads/Directors network – identifying effective informal support within organisations promoting relationship health principles + They play a role in providing informal support to other professionals or parents who are pursuing an I Matter Journey. + They are licensed as a named professional offering a recommendation + Their school or service can provide a host organisation for the Community Wheel programme or for a specialist pathway + They are not licensed to offer formal support sessions

The professional has + worked through a period of consolidation through Foundation A and B + taken part in a minimum of 12 study support discussions/ reflections. + completed a period of supervised use of the ICCCM + has submitted a log book and taken part in an interview. taken part in a minimum of 4 supervisions in a minimum of 4 months and an interview + they are certified to use the ICCCM to inform their own practice with a challenging or complex child to assess needs and determine goals + they are not certified to work with groups of children/parents/staff + valued level of competence for those in direct roles with children

Certified I Matter Informed Practice: Intermediate Stage
Practice informed by I Matter Principles -Intermediate stage

The professional has + worked through a period of consolidation through Intermediate A & B + taken part in a minimum of 20 study support discussions/ reflections. + completed a period of supervised use of the ICCCM and ImatterDev + has submitted a log book and taken part in a minimum of 8 supervisions in a minimum of 8 months and an interview + they are certified to use ICCCM/IMDev to inform their own practice with a challenging or complex child to assess needs and determine goals + they are not certified to work with groups of children/parents/staff + valued level of competence for those in direct roles with children with additional needs + May apply to Trainee Mentor or Trainee Lead Professional Role

The professional has + worked through a period of consolidation through Advanced A & B + taken part in a minimum of 30 study support discussions/ reflections. + completed supervised use of the ICCCM and ImatterDev &other tools + has submitted a log book and taken part in a minimum of 12 supervisions in a minimum of 12 months and an interview + they are certified to use ICCCM/IMDev/Other to inform own practice with a challenging or complex child to assess needs and determine goals + they are not certified to work with groups of children/parents/staff + valued level of competence for those in direct roles with children with additional needs + May apply to Trainee Mentor or Trainee Lead Professional Role
