Become a Relationship Health and I Matter Informed Professional

Many professionals are working harder than ever, yet are feeling less effective, more stretched, and unsure how to progress in complex situations

I Matter Training helps both professionals and non-professionals to understand the importance of relationship health and how to strengthen it  — so family and work life can feel less confusing, as well as calmer, more confident, and more connected.

I Matter is not a therapy or diagnosis and does not replace advice from health, mental health, or safeguarding professionals. When extra support is needed, we actively encourage families and teams to seek appropriate local professional help.  Our core focus is psychoeducation and prevention.   This page sets out the learning pathway for professional  learning combining online elements with study support

PHASE 2-3 - PROGRESS YOUR I MATTER LEARNING JOURNEY

A Phase 2-3 I Matter Learning Journey is for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of a relationship health approach to improving adult and child wellbeing.   The I Matter Framework has universal application and can support training of professionals and non-professionals supporting children and adults and families with a wide range of ages, and needs and challenges.  We empower licensed professionals and organisations first, who then support parents and carers and non-professionals in their own community.

Develop Organisation Partnerships

The training tiers above are about supported learning. If you would like to offer I Matter learning to others, via a hub
then please consider practitioner certification and licensing and Organisation partnerships below.

Practitioner Training, Certification and Licensing

One of the key goals of this project has been to take forward the concept of Relationship health and I Matter Informed Practitioner.      Completion of Phases 1–3 does not automatically grant permission to deliver I Matter to families.  Licensing is agreed with organisations and locality hubs to ensure quality, safeguarding and support.

Link Professional - is an I Matter Informed Point of Contact (after Fundamentals - £250 then £150pa)
Lead Professional  - runs workshops & responsive study support (after Deep Dive -£500 then £250pa)
Lead Plus - holds a strategic role in thinking aout needs

Organisation Partnerships

We work with organisations to make it possible for parents to access high quality locally supported learning.   Through our locality hub approach we help facilitate local partnerships which support funding arrangements that benefit all parties through multi-staff access agreements, discounted learning costs, cohort oversight and arrangements to offer study support via I Matter or inhouse with your own certified Practitioners. Organisations and hubs are encouraged to express an interest and/or contact us for a conversation.   As with individuals, places are offered by invitation.  More information here

If you would like to progress an organisational account please progress professional training for 1-3 staff who are actively interested in this issue and are skilled at connecting to a wide range of adults andd young people first.  Organisation senior leads can also express an interest here
