So, if you’ve ever felt:

  • uncertain where to begin

  • unsure what will actually make a difference

…you’re not alone. However, here is some reassurance, you don’t need all the answers right now — we are  just lookng for a first step that feels safe, useful, and doable right now.

Many parents tell us that gaining and acting just one small insight about relationship health has helped them feel calmer, clearer, and more connected within a week.  Formal training may not be needed.  For example:  you can:

+ Make a decision to improve relationship health, however long it takes, through taking actions yourself
+ Think about your own current self-care
+ Decide to focus on improving a sense of connection and having some fun
+ Decide to make time for some important conversations

"Understanding an I Matter Approach to improving relationship health, helped me turn everything around at home with my child - and with my partner - I just hadn't realised I had to start with me"  Parent

In some areas, local partner organisations — like schools, GP practices, and community groups — offer guided help that makes the journey easier.   If that’s available where you are, we’ll help connect you.   But you don’t have to wait for that to begin learning and noticing what matters.
