I Matter Locality Learning Hub Directory

Hubs are local learning communities where I Matter learners receive support and, where eligible, run micro-projects.

An I Matter Learning Hub is a connected local community providing study support, reflection, and oversight for I Matter learners. The focus is on addressing the overlooked needs of families for preparation, prevention and early intervention relationship health education, coaching and community building.  Professionals work together to set up a hub that can support locally responsive options.

THE HUB DIRECTORY IS STILL IN DEVELOPMENT

HOW TO PROGRESS A HUB    HOW TO BE LISTED ON THE HUB DIRECTORY        CURRRENT FUNDING OPTIONS

Hubs are established by professionals who are working together in a community to support joined up practice.  Locality Hubs require a lead organisation working towards a Level 4-6 licence (ie at least one Lead Plus Practitioner).  Typically a Lead Plus Practitioner will be hosted in Primary Care.  Linked local organisations (usually schools) can develop their own mini hubs.  Mini hubs are working towards at least one inhouse Lead Practitioner.   In locality hubs the licensing of practitioners is managed through the hub, in contrast to the licensing of independent practitioners.

Once a Locality hub is established then it is possible for professionals to progress microprojects including setting up a Community Wheel local.   Parents and Non-professionals can join the hub to receive communications via a link provided by the local professionals
