A structured way for organisations to build relationship health capability through shared learning and small-scale microproject practice.
This is not a traditional training package.
It is a learning and implementation system that helps organisations:

How organisations use I Matter in Practice

The system operates through three connected layers:

Practicum Requirement (All Practitioner Pathways)
All Link, Child (CYP), and Lead Practitioner certifications require completion of a supervised practicum.
The practicum is delivered through a defined I Matter Microproject Package (1–3 cases) which provides the structured tools (Tracker + online learning access where relevant).
The practitioner is responsible for applying the I Matter framework, including planning and guiding appropriate study support using the tools provided.
Microproject packages are purchased separately as structured implementation containers.
Provide tools, accounts, and frameworks for applied work with 1–3 cases.
Used by trained practitioners to support 1–3 cases.

The Microproject packages are key to the Practitioner Certification Process.
Most organisations will invest in the Entry Level Training (Informed Practitioner, Senior LInk and Link Professional Training) then the Advanced Training (Lead Training and Lead Plus then Child Practitioner) once senior roles are in place. A full strategy will require a Lead Plus role offering oversight. Together these roles can support the flexible development of a strategy that can build capacity over time through small steps.
For screening and priority planning only - direct roles with Children and Young People

✅ Starter Licence 👉 SIGN UP
✅ 1–2 staff begin Level 1–2 learning (CPD licence or bursary funded)
✅ Optional guided study support to help turn learning into practice
✅ Review next steps once confidence grows
Organisations do not always need to self-fund entry. In some areas, external funding may cover Level 1–2 learning places or bursary routes. Organisations would normally fund their own Starter Licence, which provides the organisational entry point, named contact, and framework for meaningful implementation.
