Discover how an understanding of Relationship Health can Help You to Help Yourself and Others in Many Roles and Situations
Develop an I Matter Learning Hub Project

An I Matter Learning Hub Project can be small (mini) or large (maxi). It can be set up when there is an agreement to make it possible for professionals and non-professionals to access I Matter workshops or Online training as part of a prevention early intervention strategy. It needs some preparation steps first.
Via an I Matter Learning Hub, it can be possible to support education and skills building for non-professionals as a joined up process. This includes
access to entry level workshops
access to online learning accounts at a lower price point
access to varied levels of local informed study support
Learning Hub Projects are part of our intention to help shift the way that we think about improving wellbeing for adults and young people.
Setting up a Hub requires that a lead organisation holds a locality Level 1-7 license supported by clear multiagency governance. This can support the referral pathway for assisted learning, the setting up of a locality hub and a Community Wheel local with some light administrative support. The hub oversees careful governance and multiagency collaboration and safeguarding responsibilities.
Once a central hub is established, microprojects can be initiated by professionals within the governance structures of the hub.
We are delighted to be able to work with:
Primary Care Networks
Schools and nurseries
Once a base is established for a locality hub we can also work with
Community organisations
Faith-based groups
Voluntary sector organisations
Qualified relational practitioners
If there is not yet a hub, it is still possible to get started with self help or professional learning.
Minimum of 2-3 I Matter Informed professionals with senior roles representing health, education, community and local safeguarding
Safeguarding policys
Agreement to I Matter programme standards and protocols
Participation in supervision/oversight structure
You should have clarity about your own
Area of responsibility
Priority interests
Clarity on type of pathway you want to run
Agreement to our Terms and programme standards and protocols
Hubs should identify a not for profit fund that has a local role in supporting relationship health related practice
Hubs can purchase accounts at a discount and add on other services
Hubs can promote to their own community as part of a documented plan
To promote and support the development of relationship health and I Matter informed practice
To support the funding applications initially to support professional development then microprojects for family skill building
To manage good locality wide safeguarding practices that build skills and resilient communities
The details of this structure are still being finalised.
