What is an I Matter Learning Hub Project

 

An I Matter Learning Hub Project can be small or large.   It can be set up when there is an agreement to make it possible for professionals and non-professionals to access I Matter Online training.    Via an I Matter Learning Hub, it can be possible to

  • access online learning accounts at a lower price point  a

  • access varied levels of local informed study support

Learning Hub Projects are part of our intention to help shift the way that we think about improving wellbeing for adults and young people.


Who can set up a Learning Hub Project:

We are delighted to be able to work with:

  • Primary Care Networks

  • Schools

  • Community organisations

  • Faith-based groups

  • Voluntary sector organisations

  • Qualified relational practitioners


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 I Matter Informed professionals with senior roles

  • Organisation Development Plan covering commitment to progressing relationship health and I Matter informed practice
  • Safeguarding policy

  • Agreement to I Matter programme standards and protocols

  • Participation in supervision/oversight structure

  • Named Senior Link Professional
  • Named Link Professional
  • Optional Named Lead Practitioner with current I Matter license
  • Optional Named Lead Plus Practitioner


Clarity on Focus Pathways:

You should have clarity about your own

  • Area of specialist interest

  • Clarity on type of pathway you want to run

  • Agreement to our Terms and programme standards and protocols

  • Commitment to practice with the I Matter Values


Financial Model:

  • Hubs should identify a not for profit fund that has a local role in supporting relationship health related practice

  • Hubs can purchase accounts at a discount and add on other services

  • Hubs can promote to their own community as part of a documented plan

  • Hubs can support purchase of accounts using an affiliate link with payouts going to the local project
