The I Matter Learning Journey

The I Matter Framework provides structured, practical online learning that supports development of insights and skills for relationship health, emotional resilience, and reflective practice across organisations.
Schools, health settings, community services, and workplaces can purchase licences according to our 6 level licensing structure .
Level 1: Resource use - posters and free online
Level 2: Online training and resource use for professionals and practitioners
Level 3: Workshops for non-professionals via certified Leads so as to introduce entry RH for non-professionals (no online access)
Level 4: Online learning for non-professionals for preparation for roles - structured study support - No-low concern (community)
Level 5: Online learning for non-professionals for targeted intervention - structured study support - mild-moderate concern (via GP)
Level 6: Online learning for non-professionals for targeted intervention - structured study support - moderate-high concern (Complex/CAMHS level)
Level 7: Training professionals and locality hub oversight
Level 4-5-6 are progressed together as more careful governance and multiagency preparation and conversation is required to manage access via a locality hub
Each licence provides:
Access to the I Matter online learning journey (Get Started and Fundamentals)
Structured modules with guided reflection
Downloadable worksheets and practical tools
6 months individual access per adult (renewable if desired)
Licences are allocated per adult email account.

What people say about the training
At first I was very reluctant to take part in this training - I couldn't see the point. However I love how accessible it is and how I can squeeze it into those spare moments in my very busy life. I can't believe the changes that have happened, which I never thought would be possible. Parent and professional
To be honest, I was a little offended when this training was offered to me. I thought 'hey it's not me that's got the problem, its my daughter'. However I have to be honest, it has really got me thinking. I have made some real changes. I react less and am learning so much about myself. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. Parent offered training via GP and social prescriber
This course changed the way I see things and I am now moving forward differently as a partner, as a parent, as a business owner and as a counselling psychotherapist. Professional

Dr Cathy Betoin has been working with adults and young people and families with a wide range of needs and challenges for over 30 years in a wide range of settings.
The I Matter Relationship Health Learning Journey was developed to response to the gap in services providing solid foundational training for professionals and for adults and young people and their parents and carers who were often in challenging situations without some basic understandings in place. The goal is training that can enhance any role.
The I Matter Relationship Health Journey aims to provide this back to basics, practical way of talking important issues in a manner that can support improved working together in a shorter or a longer time frame.
The aim is to creating calmer, happier, thriving environments where relationships are valued and diversity is honoured and respected and benefits us all. Together we can make a difference!
