The Online I Matter Learning Journey is a carefully structured programme aiming to help you understand current challenges through the lens of relationship health

It is for individuals, parents and carers and professionals, who want to feel better prepared for relationship health or for those who are living or working in a challenging situation and wondering about what they can do to help themselves, and help others, to make a difference. 

This I Matter Introduction gives 7 days free access to learning more about the programme and its impact.

Are you someone who is looking for some new thinking about how to improve adult and child mental health or about how to make a difference in a challenging situation?

A Getting Started workshop will introduce you to the foundations of a Relationship Health approach to moving forward. 

The workshop is followed by a 14 day email course designed to get you thinking 

Live Taught Getting Started Workshops are currently run in association with member organisations, currently in the Kendal Morecambe Bay area.  Please speak with your Link Professional for registration information.

The Relationship Health in professional practice is a professional development programme with a focus on understanding everyday situations with an I Matter Framework informed perspective.    

The focus is on formulation skills and understanding of your own role in a multidisciplinary context. 
This is not a certification to use the resources in a professional role.
To use the resources in an professional role you must join the deep dive and the I Matter Resources in professional practice certification

The programme lasts 3 months

The I Matter Link professional network is for those who want support to work with us to take forward Relationship Health Thinking
Professionals who work with children and adults in direct or indirect roles are welcome to take part.

Membership offers

+ a monthly Tues term time session 
+ a live session 4 x a year to address organisational aspects of working together

The I Matter Affiliate Programme is intended for people who have completed the I Matter Online Fundamentals and who want to support a small community based not-for profit organisation that is supporting adult and child wellbeing.

I Matter Organisation Membership is intended for GP's and schools who are interested in progressing more joined up thinking in a relationship health approach to addressing anxiety and difficult behaviour and to improving adult and child wellbeing in a community locality.

On submission of this expression of interest we will review your information and if we think we may be able to help, you will be able to progress, or you may be added to our wait list.

Please note we are currently prioritising health and education organisations in the Kendal, Morecambe Bay area.

The I Matter Community Wheel has been set up as a network to support families, young people and professionals with the process of learning about improving wellbeing with a relationship health approach. 

We are just getting started with a monthly session that is open to anyone who has had a conversation with a Link professional, or attended a workshop introducing relationship health and an I Matter approach.   The link to express intereste will be offered by the LInk professional.   Places are limited so please let us know!
