I Matter is an online, self-paced self help programme introducing the overlooked issue of relationship health. Each licence gives 6 months access to learning modules, exercises, and reflection worksheets designed to help participants gain understanding and apply relationship health concepts in practice.

Organisations can purchase bulk licences for staff and can become licensed to offer options for parents. Optional roles like Link and Lead are available for deeper organisational facilitation, but are not required for individual self-help access.

I Matter is psychoeducational — it is not a therapy or a clinical intervention.
