The I Matter Community Wheel has been set up as a network to support families and young people and professionals with the process of learning about improving wellbeing with a relationship health approach.
We are just getting started with a monthly session that is open to anyone who has had a conversation with a Link professional, or attended a workshop introducing relationship health and an I Matter approach. The link to express interest will be offered by a Link Professional.
Timing: Weds 3.45-5.00
The Venue: 106 Highgate, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4HE. Parking is in one of the Kendal car parks - at Abbott Hall or Dowker Lane Information
What to expect:
The Eddington is a recently refurbished community hall with a community kitchen working with the Kendal Waste to Wellbeing Project.
We will:
+ welcome you with a cup of tea and a biscuit
+ have a short low pressure group activitiy that everyone can join in with
+ have table games available
+ have time to meet others
+ share information about other local opportunities
+ share ideas about what types of events we want to see more of
+ Professionals and parents and individuals can attend with an invite.
+ Adults and children and young people are welcome.
+ Young people under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
+ It is helpful to know in advance the ages of people coming
