Trainee Lead Professionals - Course Prices

COSTS OF COURSES LED BY TRAINEE LEAD AND LEAD PROFESSIONALS

++ COSTS AND FUNDING - FOR ONLINE ACCOUNTS FOR PARTICIPANTS DURING LEAD TRAINING
++ POTENTIAL INCOME EXAMPLES

The task during Lead Professional training is to take 6 families in individual and small groups of participants through First Steps and Foundation A and B Training

During the first 12 month training we ask Trainees to not charge for their time, and the course fees are offered to participants at a substantial 50% discount. Lead professionals start off working with parents with less complex situations and move to more complex situations

Having submitted evidence of successful practice with at least 6 families, to include 3 written case studies and at least 2 that complete Foundation B, then Lead Professionals can apply to be approved.  At this stage they can choose to charge a higher fee up to the original course value and can retain the difference.   Approved Independents can retain this for their own income.   Lead Professionals employed by organisations will usually be paid through salaried time and organisations can determine how to raise the income and what to do with it.   Funds to cover accounts can be raised in a variety of ways but it is a condition that participants contribute a minimum of £25 to each stage of their training

Participants are asked to take part in monthly network sessions and in the Lead Professionals forum.  Gaining approved status depends upon feedback received from organisation and participants as a key part.  Poisitive feedback from participants is required to become approved and to retain status after an apprenticeship year.
