I Matter Training supports professional roles with children and families in education, health, social work and community (including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, GP's, Paediatricians, Psychiatrists, Health Visitors, School Nurses, Social Workers, Child Protection Teams, Community Development Workers as well as Headteachers, Service Leads and Governors) as the training takes participants through a carefully designed practical integration of what decades of research evidence is telling us makes most difference when children are struggling or challenging.

In an I Matter Training Journey you will be learning about stress, brain development, child development and the adult role and the power of our beliefs and attitudes - whilst keeping a focus child in mind.  This understanding will help support you at home, as well as with direct work with children. It will also offer the insight and a structured development process to support questioning about everyday details and much more effective practice with struggling children and their parents and carers.
