Supported Five Steps Online Programme
The Five Steps Online Course runs on a rolling programme starting every half term. The course combines small group learning with online study. You will be asked to have a focus relationship to work on and are encouraged to stick with the learning process until your relationship is in a healthier and happier place. Then you can complete a celebration step! We actively encourage you to access additional study support with certified practitioners

Exploring the applications of the I Matter Framework: Everyday and Complex Situations
With a strong understanding of the I Matter Framework and the I Matter Process we move onto exploring the appplications of I Matter thinking to the full range of skills needed by professionals and parents and carers.
The I Matter Wellbeing Wheel offers an exploration of the application of relationship health principles to everyday roles and challenges
The extended journey deepens the understanding of applications to helping children with complex needs.
This step is required for those interested in certification for working with small groups

The A4 Full-Colour Course Notes can be purchased by those who register for Five Steps online Training. Anyone progressing to certification should have their own personal copy of the course notes.
This is intended as a personal reference resource for anyone who is progressing an I Matter Journey.
It includes material that will be introduced in the Extended Journey.
Consultations
Consultations offer an opportunity to dive into the nitty gritty of your own personal challenging situation to get the benefit of the insights of an experienced practitioner. The focus of a consultation is on helping you deepen your understanding of I Matter Relationship Health principles as seen in your own situation with a view to identifying next priority steps. They are currently offered to those registered on online learning. Consultations are not a substitute for other professional advice. Please contact us if you are interested.
