WHEN YOU AND YOUR TEAM ARE READY
YOU CAN GET STARTED WITH SOME SIMPLE STEPS
The Relationship Health Matters Assessment Tool is now available to all clinical level professionals trained in the I Matter relationship health approach who are working with individuals, young people and families. Getting started is as easy as applying to become an approved I Matter Learning Journey provider and involves a simple, free registration process. Core training in the I Matter Framework is currently a requirement to become a user of this tool. Tutorials and resources are made available upon account approval. It can be used to support work with personal wellbeing, adult-adult and adult-child relationships.
Once approved, the next step is to invite clients to complete the initial expression of interest in learning about relationship health via a consultation. The process is simple. However, first you will need a decision about who is paying for the fee. It can be paid for upfront as part of a organisation license. It can then be funded or incorporated into your own pricing or you can ask your client to pay directly. The fee per use is £35 for 1 initial use and £60 for 2 uses to include a 4 month follow-up and £70 to include an 8 month follow up. Data is retained no more than 6 months if an account is not used.
Once this agreed you will enter in an email, one for each parent, with their respective names into the client set up account. Each person will receive their own personal invitation via email to complete their expression of interest. This will be only be accessible to you and to our administration service. To ensure privacy, we request that you advise the family not to use names or dates of birth. You will have these via your own systems.
Fully secure, the expression of interest questionnaire takes about 15 mins. The follow up questionnaire takes around 1 hour consists of questions about adult wellbeing as well, as wellbeing of the focus child. It explores the relationship between you including how escalated the challenges are and issues around your own current confidence.
Each parent completes the online questionnaire independently and the practitioner can view the results in their own dashboard, as soon as the responses have been submitted. This information can be used in association with other information known about the client to assist their progress.
You will be notified as soon as individuals or parents have submitted their questionnaire. From your dashboard you will be able to view summary scores and responses. This will help you highlight areas of concern in the relationship and priorities for intervention. This will prepare you to develop a personalized plan that focuses on the unique needs of each adult-child relationship dyad. The goal is to support progress toward more relationship health and wellbeing.
