The Mission of the I Matter Relationship Health Network. We aim to
i) Promote the importance of Adult-Child and Adult-Adult Relationship Health for Child and Adult Wellbeing
ii) Support and equip parents and carers and professionals in their important role in a full range of essential skills
iii) Improve early access to informed support for parents and carers and professionals when difficulties are present
iv) Campaign for the need for a more developmentally sensitive and relationship skill focussed curriculum in schools.
v) Support and advocate for a new professional training discipline: Relationship Health Practitioner

Your membership will help build our ability to campaign for the widespread use of relationship health practice, raise the profile of relationship health practice in the media and with the public and enable parents and professionals to access education and support to build the skills wherever and whenever they need it.

Once you have a minimum of two staff members who have completed Five Steps online training, Network membership becomes Learning Community Membership

All organisational who want to become registered on the practice directory must first be a member of the I Matter Network
Those organisations who hold one of the Relationship Health Matters Certifications will also be included on either the Registered Organisation, Registered Service Provider or Registered Training Provider register.

Shifting a culture in a whole organisation can be a challenging thing to achieve.
When it comes to the issue of relationship health, sometimes small tweaks are needed to some strong existing practices. Sometimes something more substantial is needed.
Organisation membership helps you take forward conversations with your leadership, develop a strategy and ensure that staff who have taken part in I Matter Training can stay connected with the ongoing learning process.
Organisation Membership provides a rolling monthly Q&A programme on a Tuesday 3.30-4.30pm and a resource library
+ Organisational Leadership (Week 1 - for senior leads)
+ Primary (under 11s) (Week 2)
+ Relationship Health Skills Curriculum (Week 3 for I Matter Leads)
+ Secondary (over 11's) (Week 4)
The Week 2 and Week 4 programme is open to anyone in your organisation who has completed at least Step 2

Progress of Organisation Membership Flows From the Individual Progress on the I Matter Five Steps
For a Primary Care Network to implement a Relationship Health Strategy it first needs I Matter Informed Leadership
ie GP Safeguarding Lead, PCN Director, Child Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescriber
This includes min 2 Completion of 5 Steps and progressing of a personal/professional I Matter Challenge
It also needs partnership with a minimum of 3-4 local schools
For a school to Implement a Relationship Health Strategy it first needs I Matter informed leadership
ie Head/Director, SENCO, Reception/Y7 Teacher, Governor
This includes min 2 Completion of 5 Steps and progressing of a personal/professional I Matter Challenge
For an organisation to become a Full Member it must be progressing the training of at least 1 Lead Professional
We advise working towards minimum of 1 Trainee Lead Professional per Key stage or per 180 students
Full Membership is required to take forward the Relationship Health Skills Curriculum and/or to host a Lead Educator
JOIN THE ORGANISATIONS: I MATTER LEADERSHIP FULL MEMBERSHIP COMMUNITY
ORGANISATION PROGRESS REQUIRES CERTIFICATION FOR SPECIFIC ROLES
Organisations who are funding staff for the first time can set up a Getting Started Membership to include a link with a Community Hub
Organisations can apply for full membership when they have 2 staff members who have completed Step 1-5
Staff with an organisational leadership role can apply to join the Relationship Health Leadership Academy
