The I Matter First Course 

The intention of the course is to start conversations about the importance of the Adult-Child  and Adult-Adult relationship health in wellbeing and about the important role of the adult.   It introduces the I Matter Model as a foundation for relationship health practice

The First Course can be taken as a self-paced online programme or can be supported with local discussion.
