It is possible to learn about I Matter and about a Relationship Health approach in a number of different ways.
First of all, think about what roles you have: professional, parenting-caring or personal.
+ Some people start with a free online introduction or online discussion or an entry level workshop
+ Others join the starter online membership: The I Matter Community Wheel
+ Others sign up directly for the online I Matter Fundamentals programme
+ Others access some I Matter Learning via a participating organisation.
In Kendal, for example, we provide a small funded taught programme via Kendal Primary Care Network via Kendal GP's and Schools. The Kendal programme includes:
Relationship Health Consultations
I Matter Getting Started Workshops and
I Matter Fundamentals Courses
Please contact your GP or school if you want to learn more how they can be involved to support learning.
Or if you want to get started directly you can learn more here about the online I Matter learning Journey
