It is possible to learn about I Matter and about a Relationship Health approach in a number of different ways.
First of all, think about what roles you have:  professional, parenting-caring or personal.

+ Some people start with a free online introduction or online discussion or an entry level workshop
+ Others join the starter online membership: The I Matter Community Wheel
+ Others sign up directly for the online I Matter Fundamentals programme
+ Others access some I Matter Learning via a participating organisation.


In Kendal, for example, we provide a small funded taught programme via Kendal Primary Care Network via Kendal GP's and Schools.   The Kendal programme includes:
Relationship Health Consultations
I Matter Getting Started Workshops and
I Matter Fundamentals Courses
