About the Class:
The I Matter Framework Fundamentals offer a short programme teaching a practical foundation for seeing current challenges through the lens of relationship health
It is for individuals, parents and carers and professionals, who are living or working in a challenging situation and wondering about what they can do to help themselves, and help others, to make a difference.
This training can be an stepping stone to taking part in the longer I Matter Relationship Health learning Journey.
Participants should make available around 5 hours of time to work through the course videos and 5 hours for reflections,
The programme is open to participants for 6 months to help support focus in getting it completed

The information contained in this course is relevant to anyone interesting in preparing to improve child and adult wellbeing with an I Matter Relationship Health Approach. This material is relevant to anyone who is involved or will be involved with adults and young people: parents, grandparents, teachers, counsellors, youth workers, family workers, therapists, social workers, psychologists.
This is a self-paced online learning course. Study support is an optional extra.
