The I Matter Relationship Health Learning Journey

What people say about the training
At first I was very reluctant to take part in this training - I couldn't see the point. However I love how accessible it is and how I can squeeze it into those spare moments in my very busy life. I can't believe the changes that have happened, which I never thought would be possible. Parent and professional
To be honest, I was a little offended when this training was offered to me. I thought 'hey it's not me that's got the problem, its my daughter'. However I have to be honest, it has really got me thinking. I have made some real changes. I react less and am learning so much about myself. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. Parent offered training via GP and social prescriber
This course changed the way I see things and I am now moving forward differently as a partner, as a parent, as a business owner and as a counselling psychotherapist. Professional

Dr Cathy Betoin has been working with adults and young people and families with a wide range of needs and challenges for over 30 years in a wide range of settings.
The I Matter Relationship Health Learning Journey was developed to response to the gap in services providing solid foundational training for professionals and for adults and young people and their parents and carers who were often in challenging situations without some basic understandings in place. The goal is training that can enhance any role.
The I Matter Relationship Health Journey aims to provide this back to basics, practical way of talking important issues in a manner that can support improved working together in a shorter or a longer time frame.
The aim is to creating calmer, happier, thriving environments where relationships are valued and diversity is honoured and respected and benefits us all. Together we can make a difference!
