All successful journeys start with noticing new details that have been overlooked
A Getting Started Workshop can offer an entry point to Community Wheel events or to the I Matter Fundamentals Online Learning Course.
To join one of the following Get Started Workshops, you must complete the Introduction first.
We are able to offer some funded places for professionals and parents in the Kendal area linked to participating schools.

Format of a Getting Started Workshop:
The purpose of Getting Started Workshop is to introduce you to key starter ideas that are foundational to relationship health practice. Though we encourage you to have a focus relationship, the priority at the Getting Started and Fundamentals stage is on your own understanding and skills.
So we ask participants to attend ready to participate in an interactive session.
The key principle is this is a psychoeducational programme equipping you wth principles and skills to help yourself.
