About I Matter Relationship Health Training - How it Works

Learning to care for ourselves, our children, each other and our planet

You do not move on with personal, local and global problems by blaming others.  You start with You.

How it works

An I Matter Training intervention is a supported learning process that combines several elements:
+ Initial interest - enquiry
+ Choosing a personal focus
+ Learning the core ideas
+ Learning to put the ideas into practice

Following our introduction training and a registration step I Matter Study Facilitators meet with participants on the same day of the week for 75 mins for 5 weeks to be introduced to the I Matter Fundamentals.

There is then a personalised progress check in followed by a further 4 fortnightly sessions of discussion.

Fivesteps to success

The Role of Facilitators

Facilitators help participants explore how the ideas of the I Matter Framework can help them find their own way forward to improved relationship health in their chosen focus.

Depending on experience, the core content of the first 5 weeks can be offered through a taught small group programme or via an online learning platform with an account for each participant, supported by discussion.

Participants who want to further deepen their understanding can join the I Matter Online Learning Journey and/or a further Fundamentals study group.

Participants interested in becoming a facilitator can apply to become a Trainee Facilitator any time after the completion of Level 1 online.

Experienced licensed participants can apply to become a Lead Coach or Advanced Practitioner after Level 3 with roles to supporting the registration process and working with others in their own community to support progress of participants to relationship health
