For Young People

Healthy Relationships are an essential element of wellbeing - contributing to young people's mental health and physical health and educational outcomes . Healthy relationships at home help them to do better at school, and allow them to recover more quickly in relation to challenging situations. When relationships are healthy children pay attention more easily, are less irritable and there is less challenging behaviour!  Adults have the key role but young people have a part to play too.
