Dr Cathy Betoin:  Clinical Psychologist, Teacher and Parent

Adult-Child Well-Being "I Matter' Thinking has emerged out of an intersection between personal and professional experiences in a career that has spanned work in health, education. and independent practice.  In nearly 30 years of practice the work has included children and adults presenting with a full variety of complex challenges described with a full variety of diagnoses and with varied complex histories. In the process of trying to understand, this complexity and frequently observed confusion, the search was for an evidence rooted practical framework that could balance a big picture view with attention to detail.

The Result:

An Adult-Child Well-Being I Matter Training Framework

An Adult-Child Well Being I Matter Model

An Adult-Child Well Being I Matter Process

The key intention is now to support high quality community based psychoeducation so as to help adults work better together to support young people - and themselves.

On a journey....

From Confusion to Clarity

From Pain to Peace

From Fear to Love
