The I Matter Learning Journey for Young People offers a short self-help programme teaching a practical foundation for seeing current challenges through the lens of relationship health
It is for young people, whose parents and carers and professionals are also exploring an I Matter approach, who are living or working in a challenging situation and wondering about what they can do to help themselves, and help others, to make a difference.
