🧭 Welcome

We are currently speaking with professionals and parents in the Kendal and surrounding area who are interested in relationship health and how people learn, develop, and navigate real-life situations.

We are inviting a small number of people to take part in a short exploratory conversation to help shape the next stage of the I Matter Learning Journey.

This is part of a development and pilot process led by Relationship Health Matters CIC.

🧠 What this is about

The I Matter Learning Journey is a structured approach to understanding relationship health, communication, stress, behaviour, and everyday challenges in a more practical and supportive way.

We are exploring:

  • what people feel is most needed in real-life support and learning
  • what helps or gets in the way of change and understanding
  • how structured learning could better fit into everyday life
  • what a “good enough” support pathway might look like in different roles and situations

This is a development and co-design process, not a clinical service or assessment.

👥 Who this is for

We are especially interested in speaking with people who:

  • are interested in relationship health, communication, wellbeing, or learning
  • are professionals, parents, carers, or both
  • live or work in the Kendal and surrounding area
  • are open to reflecting on what kind of learning or support would be most helpful in real life

This may include people working in health, education, social care, or community settings, as well as parents and carers at different life stages.

🗣 What taking part involves

If you choose to take part, you will be invited to a short conversation (around 45 minutes).

This conversation will explore:

  • what you would want from a “best possible” learning approach
  • what feels missing or unhelpful in current support or training
  • what kinds of real-life situations you would want help understanding better
  • whether the I Matter Learning Journey feels relevant to you or your role

There is no preparation needed.

This is not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers.

🧭 Important to know

  • This is not a clinical or therapy service
  • This is not an assessment or evaluation of you
  • There are no eligibility tests or pass/fail criteria
  • You are free to take part or not take part
  • You can stop the conversation at any time

This is a developmental and exploratory dialogue.

🌱 Why we are doing this

We are developing a structured learning approach to relationship health that can support:

  • early understanding rather than crisis response
  • clearer communication and decision-making
  • practical application in real-life situations
  • professionals and parents working from a shared framework

Your input helps shape something that is intended to be useful in real settings, not just theoretical.

🗣 Interested in taking part?

If this feels relevant to you, we would welcome a conversation.

🧭 If you are unsure

If you are not sure whether this is right for you, you are welcome to:

  • speak to the practitioner who invited you
  • book a conversation just to explore it further
  • decide after the conversation whether you want to be involved

There is no pressure to continue beyond the conversation.
