Many organisations find themselves in the position of helping not just children but also their families. This work often needs distinctive skills. In this context promoting relationship health is a crucial role for many organisations but few feel equipped with the language and tools to progress. Organisations are invited to participate in a locality-based learning partnership approach designed to strengthen collaboration, support staff development, and improve outcomes for children, families, and communities, through a shift in culture.
A relationship health-and I Matter informed approach helps organisations address understanding and skills gaps and shift cultures and address mental health and wellbeing and linked outcomes through building shared understanding, and support both staff and families in a more joined up way.
Partnership is supported through a structured I Matter Organisation Licensing pathway which may include subscription-based access, agreed levels of staff engagement, and participation in shared initiatives.
This model supports sustainable involvement while enabling coordinated development across the locality.
There are options for certificates and certifications including opportunities to support families via the certificate programme
We encourage organisations to participate through a Locality Hub where available.
Organisation participation is part of the wider I Matter Relationship Health Wheel, which brings together organisations, professionals, families, and locality hubs into a coordinated approach.
Through this model, organisations contribute to shared learning, workforce development, and collaborative approaches that support families and communities.
