(Phased engagement model)

The I Matter Learning System supports shared understanding of relationship health, helping to reduce reactive demand and build prevention and early response capacity across individuals and families, professionals, practitioners, and organisations through small, progressive steps.

Individual Learning → Practitioner Development → Organisational Implementation → Microproject Application

👉 These pathways are connected but flexible, allowing progression based on role, need, and readiness.


🧩 1. INDIVIDUAL ENTRY

For parents, carers, professionals, and independent learners.

  • Free Introduction to Relationship Health
  • Level 1–2 Foundations (£347 per person)
  • Self-directed or supported learning pathways
  • Access via organisations, practitioners, or hubs where available

👉 Entry may be self-funded or supported through local partners or microprojects


🧑‍🏫 INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONER PATHWAY

For licensed independent practitioners.

  • Offer I Matter study support within your practice
  • Become a Link or Lead Practitioner
  • Support informed collaboration with families
  • Join practitioner directory
  • Develop local microproject-based work

👉 Provides another supported entry route into the system


🏫 2. ORGANISATIONAL PATHWAY

Phase 1: Starter Licence – £65–£250/year

  • Organisational access + named contact
  • Share Introduction Learning with staff
  • Access organisational tools
  • Entry and exploration phase

Phase 2: CPD & CAPABILITY – £400–£1,400/year

  • 2–7 Level 1–2 learning accounts annually
  • Shared relational framework development
  • Workforce capability building

Optional:

  • Study Support (£200 per person, 6 sessions)
  • Practitioner Development (Link £250 / Lead £1,000)

Phase 3: ENHANCED PRACTICE – £75–£650/year

  • Embedding learning into everyday practice
  • Strengthening shared organisational approach

🕯 3. MICROPROJECTS (APPLICATION)

Applied learning in real-life contexts (1–3 focused situations).

Includes:

  • practitioner access (where relevant)
  • toolkit (tracking + reflection)
  • light-touch support
  • structured application framework

£150–£600 (depending on support level)

The I Matter System is a learning and capability framework, not a clinical or referral service.

It focuses on:
