These sessions sit alongside the online learning and help you apply ideas in real-life contexts.
You can access self-funded options via this site. Funded options are via invitation from a participating professional. For Kendal Plus schedule here
Most people follow this pathway:
👉 Complete an Online Introduction first
👉 Then attend Ask Anything (optional) then a Get Started sessions
This helps ensure everyone has a shared starting understanding. There is some flexiblity however. Some people start with a Get Started workshop.

We encourage people to start with the online introduction and then a Get Started Workshop but some people jump in first with Get Started before deciding if they want to commit to online learning.
A short, supportive session to help you:

A practical introductory workshop where you begin learning the core ideas of the I Matter approach.

In some settings, access to workshops and learning is supported through organisation-led programmes or funded projects.
These pathways may follow slightly different structures depending on context.

to build shared understanding of the foundations of a relationship health approach to improving adult and child wellbeing in a structured and, supported way

A Get Started Workshop can follow an online introduction and an Ask anything session or it can be a standalone workshop.
