A structured way to begin or deepen your learning in the I Matter approach through live, supported sessions.

These sessions sit alongside the online learning and help you apply ideas in real-life contexts.

You can access self-funded options via this site.   Funded options are via invitation from a participating professional.  For Kendal Plus schedule here

How to get started:

Most people follow this pathway:

👉 Complete an Online Introduction first
👉 Then attend Ask Anything (optional) then a Get Started sessions

This helps ensure everyone has a shared starting understanding.   There is some flexiblity however.  Some people start with a Get Started workshop.

Our flexible approach

We encourage people to start with the online introduction and then a Get Started Workshop but some people jump in first with Get Started before deciding if they want to commit to online learning.

Ask Anything Session

A short, supportive session to help you:

  • ask questions about content convered in the introduction
  • explore whether further I Matter Online Learning is relevant to you
  • decide what your next step might be

👉 Usually taken after completion of an online introduction

Get Started Workshop

A practical introductory workshop where you begin learning the core ideas of the I Matter approach.

👉 May be taken:

  • after the online introduction (preferred route)
  • or as a direct entry with option to join online introduction later

Funded / organisational access

In some settings, access to workshops and learning is supported through organisation-led programmes or funded projects.

These pathways may follow slightly different structures depending on context.

How it fits together

There are different ways to begin, but the aim is the same:

to build shared understanding of the foundations of a relationship health approach to improving adult and child wellbeing in a structured and, supported way

Next step

Choose the live session that feels like the right starting point for you.

A Get Started Workshop can follow an online introduction and an Ask anything session or it can be a standalone workshop.
