The I Matter Relationship Health Learning Journey was designed to support more joined up thinking and more early intervention and as such organisations have a key role to play.

Our approach to working with organisations is staged:

1.  One to three staff members usually take part in Phase 1-2 training first and decide if it will be helpful to their own organisation, and in what format.

2.  Some professionals are not in a role to be in a Link or Lead position but are interested in becoming more skilled with relationship health and I Matter informed formulation.

2.  If an organisation wants to progress work with more staff or families, a minimum of one person trains to be a LInk Professional and the organisation becomes licensed to purchase and register participants.

A Link professional is trained to identify staff and parents who could benefit from self=paced online learning with informal support.
Link professionals can informally discuss the ideas but do not run study support sessions.   They can assist Lead Professionals
The Link professional  can provides help with the process of registering for an account and takes an informal interest in the learning.
Crucially at this stage, the organisation is only licensed to support preparation, prevention and early intervention for autonomous learners.

3.   If the organisation wants to provide more inhouse study support, then there is the opttion to train to be a Lead Professional.

Lead professionals help develop organisation relationship health practice.   They can offer relationship health and I Matter informed consults
A Trainee Lead Professional can offer Get Started Workshops and Community Wheel sessions for small groups of parents or clients
They can also run study support sessions for those registered for the online learning.
Once certified they can also run responsive workshops using the resources for their own clients
A professional with advanced training can apply to be registered as a lead for the online priorities assessment tool
