Because....with good foundations, you can start to feel clearer, better prepared, and less stuck in those many everyday relationship challenges at work and at home. As you progress you will:
+ Understand better how to improve wellbeing based on your role
+ Have the science explained in a practical accessible way
+ Understand why and how to stay calm & clear in difficult moments
+ Know where to start with anxiety and challenging behaviour
+ Know that you are moving forward building skills you need
+ Feel good in your role and know you really can make a difference
This work is challenging but the path is clear! You can do it!

Try the Quiz: Is I Matter for Me?
We are pilotting the new format programme. For professionals and parents in the Kendal Area we have some bursary funding options via participating GP's and Schools. Please contact us if interested.
YOU CAN START HERE WITH AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Your mission — should you choose to accept it — is to....
....build yourself strong foundations in Relationship Health and the I Matter Framework, so that in 12 weeks time or less, you are feeling better equipped in personal and professional settings to help yourself and those you care about to move forward with a wide range of challenges.

We are currently piloting new systems. When you submit this first expression of interest in joining the I Matter Framework Fundamentals Course - we will take a look and if we think we can help due to where you are located and the networks we have in place, we will send you a link to the Level 1 Introduction. After that if you are interested in learning more you can submit a further expression of interest (at the end of the introduction)
