STEP 1 NEED A MIN OF TWO STAFF WITH FUNDAMENTALS

ORGANISATION
STEP 2 LISTING MUST HAVE SENIOR LINK TRAINING

ORGANISATION STEP 3 NEEDS  MINIMUM 1 ON DEEP DIVE+TRAINEE LEAD

FOR CERTIFIED LEAD, A LEARNING PORTFOLIO IS
SUBMITTED

FOR CERTIFIED
LEAD PLUS, A   PORTFOLIO IS SUBMITTED

For Level 3-6 you must also have

  • An employed role in a education, health or community organisation with a pastoral element experience

  • Organisation with policies, training on safeguarding in place and I Matter Informed supervision arrangements.
  • Completed I Matter Fundamentals Training and I Matter Link/Lead  Training 
  • Organisation on directory and  has I Matter and Relationship health practice in development plan  

  • Current member of the I Matter Community Wheel Professional Network attending minimum 1x a month
  • A clearly agreed process for recommending discounted access to include an evaluation process
