Requirements for a Professional Listing?

 ORGANISATIONS
STEP 1 NEED A MIN OF TWO STAFF WITH FUNDAMENTALS

ORGANISATION
STEP 2 LISTING MUST HAVE SENIOR LINK TRAINING

ORGANISATION STEP 3 NEEDS  MINIMUM 1 ON DEEP DIVE+TRAINEE LEAD

FOR CERTIFIED LEAD, LEAD 
 MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO

FOR CERTIFIED
LEAD PLUS, THERE MUST BE A TEAM LEARNING REVIEW

For a Link or Senior LInk Role
To be able to recommend discounted access to online you must also have

  • An employed role in a education, health or community organisation with a pastoral element experience

  • Organisation with policies, training on safeguarding in place and I Matter Informed supervision arrangements.
  • Completed I Matter Fundamentals Training and I Matter Link Training 
  • Organisation on directory and  has I Matter and Relationship health practice in development plan  

  • Current member of the I Matter Community Wheel Professional Network attending minimum 1x a month
  • A clearly agreed process for recommending discounted access to include an evaluation process

AS AN I MATTER LINK you are an informed informal point of contact.  YOU CAN discuss the ideas and resources informally and can recommend discounted access to online learning or classess to colleagues and to clients or families linked to your organisation in accord with an agreed process and discount code.  YOU CAN'T teach using the resources or offer I Matter Study support.

 

For a Lead Professional Role
To be able to use the resources with your own clients you must also have

  • A current employed or freelance role working actively with parents and with young people in 1:1 & small groups
  • Masters level training in health, education or community practice or advanced experience in role 
  • Registered I Matter Deep Dive and Lead Training as a Trainee or Completed Deep Dive and Lead Training   

  • Insurance - you must be covered through your role by professional insurance to 1m/3m

  • Directory listing and professional reflective learning portfolio in your menbership in last 12m 

  • Active commitment to I Matter informed supervision and development of relationship health informed practice

AS AN I MATTER LEAD you are an exerienced practitioner who can offer study support for 1:1 or small group for your own clients.    YOU CAN use the printed resources.  You can also recommend discounted access to online learning or classess to colleagues and to clients or families linked to your organisation in accord with your local agreeents including study support options.  YOU CAN'T teach professionals.   (This is Lead Plus)

As a certified link practitioner you will be equipped to offer informal conversations about the programme.  As a certified lead you will also be able to provide formal study support sessions in closed groups.  Therefore you will also need to consider the fees to cover the online course license.  The costs of your facilition time can be covered in a number of ways - eg through an employed salary or through charges to clients.

Practitioners working in public sector roles will have membership and insurance fees covered by their organisations.  It is important that senior leaders are progressing the organisation development process.
