Format of a Fundamentals Discussion Session:
The purpose of Fundamentals office hours sessions is to provide a flexible method of supporting you as you build your understanding of key ideas that are foundational in relationship health practice. Though we encourage you to have a focus relationship, the priority at the Fundamentals stage is on your OWN understanding and skills.
So the two key questions posed in our office hours sessions:
How are you feeling this week? Any GEMS or lightbulb moments?
What came up for you as you went through the course material? What reflections or questions do you have?
The key principle is this is a psychoeducational programme equipping you wth principles and skills to help yourself.
