At present the best way to have a local introduction is to have a conversation with a certified I Matter Link or Lead Professionals.Ā Ā At present these are just in the Kendal Area.
They will be able to informally discuss some of the ideas with you to help you think about whether I Matter Training will be of relevance to you.
They will also be able to let you know about local opportunities for learning more.
You may be interested in becoming a Link or Lead Professional yourself.

Get Started - Local - via SchoolsĀ - Kendal Area
These Get Started Workshops are restricted to those in the Kendal area with an invite via a Link Professional
The I Matter Get Started Workshop is an interactive session that can be joined as a stand alone one off or as the start of the I Matter Fundamentals.
We run Get Started workshops for varied audiences - parents and professionals and those with an interest in personal wellbeing and confidence.
You will be able to book into a session once your course step is paid for.

Community Wheel Local sessions are for parents and professionals who are committed to progressing an I Matter Learning Journey.
If you have completed a Get Started workshop you can attend as a visitor to have a sense of how we work.
Parents are welcome to attend with children and young people, though please let us know in advance.
Community Wheel Local sessions are opportunities to meet with others and discuss a full range of issues related to a relationship health approach to wellbeing for adults and young people.
Community Wheel Local sessions are for parents and professionals who are committed to progressing an I Matter Learning Journey.
