WHY AND HOW TO WHITELIST OUR EMAILS TO YOU 

 

Whitelist our Emails To You




We want you to receive our emails and find them helpful!    

We will not send spam but sometimes at the beginning your systems will think that our emails are spam and so they will end up in your junk or spam or promotions folders

So we need you to 'whitelist' our emails - that is to tell your email system that we are friend not foe and to ensure that you see them when they arrive


We send you emails from 4 systems:

1.Google Email eg from

2. Simplero - this holds the online course

3.Pragmatic Tracker - this is the detailed initial questionnaire

Then complete the following 


To stop missing emails if you use Gmail/Hotmail

Find an email from us in your inbox or spam folder

Open the email and click on the little white arrow to the right of reply

Click ADD TO CONTACTS


To stop missing emails in Outlook

Find an email from us in your inbox or spam folder

Open the email with a right click

Click on junk folder

Click on add to safe senders list or Add the email address to your contacts


All other email providers are versions of the above.  


Check your privacy settings (via your profile- top right)


It is possible to share your email with others on this platform but we advise you not to until l.


Check your notification settings  (via little bell top right)

It is possible to make sure you do not have too many emails arriving
