This is a short online learning experience introducing the I Matter approach and the concept of relationship health.

It is designed to help you step back and explore a different way of understanding wellbeing — one that focuses not only on individuals, but on relationships, patterns, and interactions.

You can complete it online at your own pace and revisit it over a 14-day access period.

Dr Cathy Betoin is an experienced practitioner working with adults, children, and families.

Her background includes teaching and clinical psychology, and her work has developed through supporting individuals and professionals seeking clearer ways to understand relationship and wellbeing challenges.

The I Matter approach emerged from practice with families and professionals — initially focused on complex needs in children, and later recognised as relevant to all ages, relationships, and contexts.
