Important: About Your Study Support Options
All successful journeys start with noticing new details that have been overlooked
IMPORTANT NOTICE - I MATTER ONLINE - WHAT WE DO NOT OFFER
We are pleased that you want to take part in I Matter Online Training. Here are a few important points to read:
I Matter Online Core Training is offered as a psycho-educational resource to support Continuing Professional Development and the strengthening of relationship health insight and skills in professional and personal relationships.
The material covered explores everyday situations - the content of which can sometimes be experienced as sensitive by some people. As such it is very important to consider the appropriate support available to you if you are thinking of taking part.
No one should be required to take part. You should always consider whether you currently have enough personal support in place while progressing your training, so that you have opportunities to discuss issues with people who know you.
PLEASE NOTE THEREFORE: I Matter online core training is NOT offered as a clinical service unless it is being offered as part of a package of services where there is support from an approved practitioner. At present this is very limited in availability.
Participants, whether professional or personal, with relationship health recovery needs must ensure that they have additional appropriate local support as part of their participation in this course. If you do not have the right support in place, or if your situation changes, we advise that you should stop using this platform until your situation changes.
We ask everyone using this platform to provide the name of a professional who knows them and knows about I Matter before taking part so that any issues arising from participation in this training can be discussed with them if needed.
We reserve the absolute right to discontinue provision of our services at any time through closing your account, without need for explanation, if we believe the above terms are not being respected. If this situation should arise, you should contact your named professional to discuss your additional help needs.
We want you to have a great learning experience - so please respect these details
