Let's Talk Relationship Health - Help Us Help You

The next phase of the I Matter work will place greater emphasis on preparation, prevention and learning that can strengthen you for challenging times.
I am developing a rolling programme of public reflections and monthly Let’s Talk Relationship Health Applications Sessions. These will explore practical questions relevant to family life, professional practice, communities and the relationship-health foundations of RHSE and PSHE.
Rather than deciding all the topics myself, I would like to hear from staff, professionals, parents and carers about the questions that matter most to them.
I am therefore inviting a small number of people to take part in an informal 30-minute listening conversation.

These are informal listening conversations to help shape future psychoeducational content and learning opportunities. They are not individual case consultations.

The themes and questions people raise will help shape:
The aim is to build a programme grounded in the questions people are already asking—and the situations for which we all need greater psychological and relational preparedness.
