An I Matter Get Started Workshop is an important interactive step at the start of any I Matter Learning Journey. We start with what you already know about stress and wellbeing. Then we explore the I Matter Model as a foundation of a relationship health approach to improving wellbeing.
After the workshop you will receive a link to register for the Essentials of Attachment email course

In an I Matter Community Wheel session we explore one of the many varied applications of an I Matter approach to wellbeing.
We spin the Wheel to find a topic and then explore the questions of the group members to find a topic that interests most people.
Our goal is to explore the challenges and some of the solutions and share our collective wisdom!
