The Five Steps to Success Email Course offers an introduction to a key idea in I Matter Relationship Health Practice.   It is designed for those  who want to know how to help a child but are struggling to find the guidance and support needed.

An I Matter Learning Journey can touch on issues that can be sensitive.  If there are escalated challenges, please consider an in-depth learning journey and look for informed support from a certified I Matter Informed Relationship Health Practitioner.

Here is what parents have said

The Essentials Course provided short clips which gave us key ideas. It as useful having the sentence/ key idea on flip chart. My husband & I returned to the clips & talked over our thoughts - really useful to have a structure to our conversation when we were running out of ways forward.     Parents of Teen

Then the short clips were easy to fit in to my day. I like a person talking to me rather than reading it. It makes it more personal, more supportive and more reassuring. The reflective question at the end made me look back on what had happened in a positive way about my day-to-day work and at home with my family.     Parent and Teacher
