About I Matter Courses

The I Matter Relationship Health Learning Journey is made up of a series of carefully structured online courses

These introduce participants to a practical way of understanding what decades of research evidence is telling us about how to improve wellbeing for adults and young people

These courses can be taken self-paced but we strongly recommend taking part in live study support, whereever possible.

ABOUT SCHEDULED COURSES HERE

IMG_6838Dr Cathy Betoin is a practising clinical psychologist, and an experienced primary teacher.  She is also a parent and a partner and a daughter and a sister and a colleague.   This training emerged as a response to learning in all of those roles.

Relationship health is an idea that can help you to make a difference in your own roles!

All of the I Matter Courses are designed to combine thought provoking online content delivered by Dr Cathy Betoin.   The purpose is to support reflection.  Courses can be taken as self-paced start-any-time learning or can be complemented by scheduled study support sessions that provide opportunities to ask questions with trained lead facilitators.   Every course provides a year's access to the I Matter Learning Community to enable study at one's own pace, and a certificate of attendance upon completion. For more information, consult the "Steps of the I Matter Journey" page.
