In the I Matter Project we think of Relationship Health Practice as an umbrella idea and a foundation concept.  We have seen that people need time to absorb and act on the ideas and bring about positive changes for themselves and others - particularly when there have been challenges. However these ideas, and the resulting changes, can be transformative.

A Senior Link Practitioner is a professional linked to a member organisation who is an informed point of contact for those who want to learn more.  They have progressed Fundamentals training as a minimum and have become approved as a Certified Senior Link.    They do not offer I Matter training but support informal discussion particularly around supporting access to the first steps of training through our varied pathways.

The key partnership that we aim to facilitate is between health and education so that these parts of the system can work better together to support families and young people.   In a hub we aim to make it possible for families to get access to supported learning that builds skills over time.
