Step 3+  Link Professional Training
Providing Informal discussion to support those considering an I Matter Learning Journey

This training equips professionals who have the completed the I Matter Framework Fundamentals to be know how to have informal discussions with colleagues and clients about the programme.    The aim is to support the process of ensuring there is a fit between an individuals current needs and the nature of this programme

Practitioners can be licensed to be a Link professional in an organisation or community.  This role is not to provide study support just to be knowledgeable about the programme

+ Professionals interested in becoming certified as  Link Professional first complete the I Matter Framework Fundamentals and Link Certification Step.

+ We work with practitioners in health, education and community but and are particularly interested in supporting community hubs in which health and schools are committed to working together.

Our first Community Hub and practitioner network is in the Kendal area.

Named Senior Link role for a member organisation

Link Roles - I Matter informed and can discuss the programme and information with people and can work with others to progress a Community Wheel network, supporting entry level understanding

Lead Professional - Can use resources flexibly to support 1:1 and small groups fpr clients in the course of own practice,   Can be licensed to offer study support for those on online I Matter Learning Journey

Lead Plus can support professional development and professional training.

Advanced Practitioners can oversee use of assessments and coaching
