Developing a Relationship Health Practitioner Community

Relationship Health Practice approaches the issue of how to improve adult and child wellbeing in a distinctive approach.  We work to build a multidisciplinary informed community of practice within a hub.

The I Matter Relationship Health Practitioner Directory is an online searchable data base that lists organisations and practitioners that are certified to support our Relationship Health Practice training pathways

The first organisations and practitioners are in the Kendal Primary Carer Network and Kendal Integrated Care Community.   Let us know if you are interested
